class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Min resa<\/h4>\n<p>F\u00f6r arton \u00e5r sedan, efter min tredje graviditet, b\u00f6rjade jag med Pilates och jag \u00e4lskade det!<br \/>\nSpeciellt efter att jag f\u00f6tt tv\u00e5 barn p\u00e5 ett \u00e5r. <\/p>\n<p>Graviditeten f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrar kroppen och med Pilates fick jag tillbaka min styrka och energi inom n\u00e5gra m\u00e5nader.<br \/>\nViktiga verktyg som jag beh\u00f6vde f\u00f6r att ta hand om tre sm\u00e5 barn.<br \/>\nDet var d\u00e5 jag best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att bli Pilates-tr\u00e4nare.  <\/p>\n<p>Som sm\u00e5barnsmamma beh\u00f6ver du styrka och energi.<br \/>\nDu lyfter hela tiden och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker h\u00e5lla massor av bollar i luften. <\/p>\n<p>Pilates var min vilopunkt.<br \/>\nJag kunde verkligen fokusera p\u00e5 min kropp f\u00f6r en stund, men s\u00e5g ocks\u00e5 hur den hj\u00e4lpte mig fysiskt och mentalt.<br \/>\nDu beh\u00f6ver inte vara sm\u00e5barnsmamma f\u00f6r att uppleva varf\u00f6r Pilates \u00e4r s\u00e5 bra f\u00f6r dig.<br \/>\nJag kommer att n\u00e4mna n\u00e5gra andra sk\u00e4l:   <\/p>\n<h5>1. Det st\u00e4rker din b\u00e5lstabilitet<\/h5>\n<p>Pilates \u00e4r k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka magmusklerna.<br \/>\nDina magmuskler \u00e4r bara en del av din b\u00e5lstabilitet, som du ocks\u00e5 kallar din &#8221;core&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>Detta \u00e4r det centrum som alla dina r\u00f6relser kommer ifr\u00e5n och ber\u00f6r alla muskler som b\u00e4ckenbotten, transversus abdominis och diafragma som st\u00e4rker, st\u00f6der och stabiliserar din b\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>En stark \u00f6verkropp (\u00e4ven kallad &#8221;kraftpaketet&#8221;) spelar ocks\u00e5 en viktig roll f\u00f6r att minska sm\u00e4rta i h\u00f6fter och rygg.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-61003690 elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"61003690\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-extended\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7a7cdf07\" data-id=\"7a7cdf07\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29bd615c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29bd615c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>2. Det \u00f6kar din kroppsmedvetenhet<\/h5>\n<p>Pilates fokuserar p\u00e5 kropp och sj\u00e4l och st\u00e4rker proprioceptionen, dvs. f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att uppfatta den egna kroppens och kroppsdelarnas position.<\/p>\n<p>Genom att rikta uppm\u00e4rksamheten in\u00e5t \u00f6kar du din kroppsmedvetenhet och du blir mer medveten om positiva och negativa k\u00e4nslor och sm\u00e4rta i kroppen.<br \/>\nSom ett resultat l\u00e4r du k\u00e4nna din kropp b\u00e4ttre, du kan f\u00f6rebygga skador och l\u00e4ra dig att lyssna p\u00e5 din kropp. <\/p>\n<h5>3.
