ifr\u00e5n?<\/h4>\n<p>Sarah Powers myntade begreppet &#8221;Yin Yoga&#8221; \u00e5r 2000 efter att ha tr\u00e4ffat Paul Grilley.<br \/>\nInnan dess hade Paul kallat sin praktik f\u00f6r taoistisk yoga. <\/p>\n<p>I sj\u00e4lva verket har Yin varit en del av asana-ut\u00f6vningen sedan begynnelsen.<br \/>\nI de tidigaste b\u00f6ckerna som Vedas och Yoga Sutra var asana fortfarande en mycket f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra skolsystemet b\u00f6rjade asanas blandas med former fr\u00e5n gymnastiksalarna, och yogapraktiken blev mer och mer Yoga-undervisning.<\/p>\n<h4>Vad g\u00f6r Yin Yoga med v\u00e5ra kroppar?<\/h4>\n<p>Yin Yoga har samma m\u00e5l och syften som alla andra yogaskolor, men riktar den stimulering som normalt skapas i asana-delen av \u00f6vningen djupare \u00e4n de ytliga eller muskul\u00e4ra v\u00e4vnaderna (som vi kallar yangv\u00e4vnaderna).<\/p>\n<p>Yin Yoga riktar in sig p\u00e5 bindv\u00e4ven, s\u00e5som ligament, ben och till och med kroppens leder, som vanligtvis inte tr\u00e4nas s\u00e4rskilt mycket i en mer aktiv stil av asana-praxis.<\/p>\n<p>Den \u00e4r ett perfekt komplement till de dynamiska och muskul\u00f6sa (yang) yogastilarna som betonar inre v\u00e4rme och f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning och sammandragning av v\u00e5ra muskler.<br \/>\nYin Yoga riktar sig i allm\u00e4nhet till bindv\u00e4ven i att fokusera mer p\u00e5 f\u00f6rdelarna med yin-metoden som riktar sig till annamaya kosha &#8211; den fysiska kroppen.<\/p>\n<p>Vi g\u00f6r fysiskt tre saker med v\u00e5ra kroppar under asanaut\u00f6vningen: kompression, sp\u00e4nning och skjuvning.<br \/>\nSom sagt fokuserar Yin Yoga p\u00e5 bindv\u00e4ven och specifikt p\u00e5 att st\u00e4rka eller bibeh\u00e5lla dina leders h\u00e4lsa. <\/p>\n<p>4 anledningar att l\u00e4gga till Yin Yoga i din tr\u00e4ning:<\/p>\n<h4>F\u00f6rhindra kontraktur<\/h4>\n<p>Vid f\u00f6rlust av r\u00f6rlighet i en led p\u00e5 grund av sjukdom, nervskada, muskelatrofi \u00e4r behandlingen mobilisering.<\/p>\n<p>Genom Yin Yoga-tekniker r\u00f6r vi f\u00f6rsiktigt men ih\u00e4rdigt kroppen genom dess tolerabla r\u00f6relseomf\u00e5ng och h\u00e5ller kvar kroppen d\u00e4r.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom \u00e5terf\u00e5r vi eller till och med ut\u00f6kar ledens ursprungliga r\u00f6relseomf\u00e5ng och bek\u00e4mpar kontrakturer.
