det f\u00f6rsta du t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 n\u00e4r n\u00e5gon n\u00e4mner yoga?<\/p>\n<p>Under l\u00e5ng tid har m\u00e5nga av oss f\u00f6rest\u00e4llt oss yoga som en blandning av f\u00f6rmodligen en bra ink\u00f6rsport till de andra, men l\u00e5t oss komma ih\u00e5g att det inte \u00e4r det enda alternativet att v\u00e4lja mellan.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom tror jag att om vi \u201dgl\u00f6mmer\u201d att \u00f6va p\u00e5 de andra lemmarna, s\u00e5 ut\u00f6var vi inte yoga utan bara ett en gammal ber\u00e4ttelse som hj\u00e4lper mig att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur yogans 8 lemmar fungerar tillsammans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dDet var en g\u00e5ng ett par som levde lyckligt tillsammans i ett land som hade en or\u00e4ttvis kung.<br \/>\nKungen blev avundsjuk p\u00e5 deras lycka och satte mannen i ett f\u00e4ngelsetorn. <\/p>\n<p>Mannen bad hustrun att h\u00e4mta en l\u00e5ng silkestr\u00e5d, en stark tr\u00e5d, ett sn\u00f6re, ett rep, en skalbagge och lite honung.<br \/>\nN\u00e4r hon kom tillbaka kv\u00e4llen d\u00e4rp\u00e5 med alla sakerna bad mannen henne att knyta silkestr\u00e5den till skalbaggen och smeta honung p\u00e5 dess antenner. <\/p>\n<p>Hon placerade skalbaggen p\u00e5 tornets v\u00e4gg med huvudet upp\u00e5t.<br \/>\nSkalbaggen k\u00e4nde doften av honung och och ropade ner till sin fru att hon skulle knyta fast den starka tr\u00e5den i andra \u00e4nden.<br \/>\nN\u00e4r han v\u00e4l hade f\u00e5tt tag i tr\u00e5den gick resten snabbt. om vi tr\u00e4nar konstant varje dag \u00e4r det meningen att v\u00e5r kropp ska \u00e5ldras, att den ska uppleva f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring.<br \/>\nOm vi identifierar oss med en frisk, ung, stark och superflexibel kropp kommer det att komma en dag d\u00e5 allt detta f\u00f6rsvinner. <\/p>\n<p>Ist\u00e4llet vill vi tr\u00e4na asana f\u00f6r att den hj\u00e4lper oss att frig\u00f6ra och sl\u00e4ppa v\u00e4nda blicken mot f\u00f6reskrivna platser (naveln, n\u00e4sspetsen och fingrarna) fokuserar vi in\u00e5t och utvecklar det som inom tantrisk filosofi kallas centrum s\u00e5dan utstr\u00e4ckning att det inte producerar en annan simulering av verkligheten.<\/p>\n<p>Objektl\u00f6s samadhi \u00e4r den h\u00f6gsta formen av yoga: det intr\u00e4ffar n\u00e4r v\u00e5r
