varum\u00e4rkesskyddade. <\/p>\n<p>Men har du n\u00e5gonsin undrat hur vi kom fram till den nuvarande yogapraktiken?<\/p>\n<p>De flesta stilar bygger p\u00e5 asanas, det vill s\u00e4ga kroppsst\u00e4llningar, i kombination med r\u00f6relser, andningstekniker, meditation och mudras.<\/p>\n<p>Om vi t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 yogapositionerna f\u00f6rest\u00e4ller vi oss n\u00e5got aktivt och fysiskt.<\/p>\n<p>Termen asana betyder tv\u00e4rtom bokstavligen &#8221;s\u00e4te&#8221;.<br \/>\nFaktum \u00e4r att de asanas som n\u00e4mns i Yoga Sutras, den \u00e4ldsta skrivna texten som talar om upplevelsev\u00e4rlden och inte undviker den.<\/p>\n<p>Denna filosofi har en djupg\u00e5ende inverkan p\u00e5 hur vi t\u00e4nker kring kroppen och yogapraktiken.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt Tantras syns\u00e4tt \u00e4r det bara genom att uppleva den materiella v\u00e4rlden som vi kan finna v\u00e4gen till upplysning och lycka.<\/p>\n<p>Tantrayoga syftar till att balansera &#8211; inte avst\u00e5 fr\u00e5n
