livsdiscipliner som har praktiserats i Indien i \u00e5rhundraden.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga \u00e4r vetenskapen om f\u00f6reningen av det gudomliga med sanningen, Tantra \u00e4r metoden f\u00f6r att kontrollera den energi som skapar f\u00f6reningen med sanningen, och Ayurveda \u00e4r vetenskapen om livet som kan ut\u00f6vas av alla f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 god h\u00e4lsa.<\/p>\n<p>Syftet med varje \u00f6vning \u00e4r att hj\u00e4lpa individen att uppn\u00e5 livsl\u00e4ngd, f\u00f6ryngring och sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rverkligande.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt Dr Vasant Lad, praktiker och professor i ayurvedisk medicin sedan mer \u00e4n 50 \u00e5r tillbaka, \u00e4r ayurveda grunden, yoga kroppen och tantra huvudet.<\/p>\n<p>De utg\u00f6r en \u00f6msesidigt beroende treenighet i livet, vilket inneb\u00e4r att v\u00e5r h\u00e4lsa \u00e4r beroende av att vi ut\u00f6var dessa tre.<\/p>\n<h3>De fem elementen<\/h3>\n<p>I b\u00f6rjan existerade v\u00e4rlden i ett omanifesterat medvetandetillst\u00e5nd, en energi som manifesterades i fem element: Eter, Luft, Eld, Vatten och Jord.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e5n detta tillst\u00e5nd manifesterades de subtila vibrationerna i det kosmiska ljudet &#8221;aum&#8221;, och fr\u00e5n denna vibration uppstod f\u00f6rst elementet Eter.<br \/>\nEtern gav upphov till luft och eld p\u00e5 grund av sin r\u00f6relse och friktion. skapades alla organiska levande varelser och oorganiska \u00e4mnen.<\/p>\n<p>Dessa fem grundelement finns i all materia, och eftersom de skapades ur det kosmiska medvetandet \u00e4r energi och materia ett.<\/p>\n<p>I v\u00e5r kropp motsvarar de fem elementen v\u00e5ra fem sinnen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eter \u00e4r relaterat till h\u00f6rsel \u2192 sinnesorganet \u00e4r \u00f6rat och det uttrycker sig genom tal.<\/li>\n<li>Luft \u00e4r relaterat till ber\u00f6ringssinnet \u2192 k\u00e4nselorganet \u00e4r huden och handlingsorganet \u00e4r handen.<\/li>\n<li>Eld \u00e4r relaterat till synen \u2192 sinnesorganet och handlingsorganet \u00e4r \u00f6gonen.<\/li>\n<li>Vatten \u00e4r relaterat till smakorganet \u2192 det sensoriska organet \u00e4r tungan.<\/li>\n<li>Jorden \u00e4r relaterad till luktsinnet \u2192 sinnesorganet \u00e4r n\u00e4san.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e4r dessa element \u00e4r i balans upplever vi en harmonisk relation med det kosmiska medvetandet, och det \u00e4r det som
