poserna?<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; <em>G\u00e4stblogginl\u00e4gg av Marianna<\/em> &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Vi har alla v\u00e5r favoritdel av kroppen som vi tenderar att fokusera mer p\u00e5 n\u00e4r vi tr\u00e4nar.<\/p>\n<p>Kanske f\u00f6r att vi redan \u00e4r bra p\u00e5 flexibilitet eller styrka, och det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att forts\u00e4tta tr\u00e4na och se utvecklingen inom just de omr\u00e5dena.<\/p>\n<p>Det kan ocks\u00e5 vara tv\u00e4rtom: vi \u00e4lskar att bli utmanade och v\u00e5rt ego f\u00e5r n\u00e4ring av att t\u00e4nja p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra gr\u00e4nser.<\/p>\n<p>Eller s\u00e5 undviker vi vissa omr\u00e5den p\u00e5 grund av r\u00e4dsla f\u00f6r att misslyckas.<\/p>\n<p>Min egen favorit \u00e4r dock armbalans, och det \u00e4r av flera sk\u00e4l: delvis f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r lite l\u00e4ttare att bygga upp muskelstyrka \u00e4n flexibilitet, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r roligt och jag fascineras av de utmanande st\u00e4llningarna.<\/p>\n<p>Men sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nnedom att inse varf\u00f6r vi g\u00f6r eller undviker n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n<p>Det som \u00e4r bra med asana-\u00f6vningar \u00e4r att de erbjuder alla verktyg f\u00f6r att utveckla en h\u00e4lsosam balans.<br \/>\nValet \u00e4r verkligen v\u00e5rt. <\/p>\n<h3>Feminina och maskulina energier<\/h3>\n<p>Styrka och flexibilitet g\u00e5r hand i hand, och \u00e4ven i styrkan kan vi \/>\nF\u00f6ljaktligen minskar risken f\u00f6r att falla avsev\u00e4rt. <\/p>\n<p>Och kom ih\u00e5g: det \u00e4r aldrig f\u00f6r sent att b\u00f6rja, eftersom studier har visat att kroppen svarar ska h\u00e5lla balansen. <\/p>\n<p>Handlederna uts\u00e4tts f\u00f6r ett intensivt tryck.<br \/>\nDu b\u00f6r inte g\u00f6ra fulla armbalanser om du har akuta problem med handlederna, inklusive karpaltunnelsyndrom. <\/p>\n<p>Se till att du v\u00e4rmer upp handlederna innan du tr\u00e4nar armbalans.<br \/>\nDu kan str\u00e4cka ut handledens fram- och baksida och arbeta med
