du kan f\u00e5 kontakt med n\u00e5got som \u00e4r \u00f6verl\u00e4gset m\u00e4nniskan.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan ha stor nytta av meditation s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge den ut\u00f6vas konsekvent.<br \/>\nF\u00f6r att sj\u00e4lvl\u00e4kning ska vara effektiv \u00e4r det l\u00e4mpligt att meditera dagligen, om du inte lyckas, kom ih\u00e5g att \u00f6va det inte mindre \u00e4n tre g\u00e5nger i veckan. <\/p>\n<p>R\u00e4tt tid \u00e4r p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen, innan du g\u00e5r och l\u00e4gger dig, kanske efter en mild hatha yoga-\u00f6vning eller alternativt kan du g\u00f6ra yoga p\u00e5 morgonen och meditation p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.<br \/>\nMeditationstiden varierar fr\u00e5n 10 till 12 minuter, i lugn och ro &#8211; det \u00e4r ju inte s\u00e5 att vi ska skynda oss igenom det h\u00e4r, eller hur?<br \/>\nTa bara tid p\u00e5 dig och g\u00f6r det enkelt f\u00f6r dig; p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt kommer saker och ting att falla p\u00e5 plats snart nog.
