<\/p>\n<p>De utmaningar vi upplevde under det g\u00e5ngna \u00e5ret kvarst\u00e5r, vilket s\u00e4kert p\u00e5verkat och p\u00e5verkar oss p\u00e5 ett eller annat s\u00e4tt &#8211; stress, \u00e5ngest, depression och till och med sj\u00e4lvmord i vissa fall.<\/p>\n<p>Emotionell stabilitet \u00e4r nyckeln till v\u00e4lbefinnande och h\u00e4lsa.<br \/>\nMen hur bek\u00e4mpar man stress, bristande
