hum\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<h4>Topp 5 saker jag g\u00f6r p\u00e5 morgonen f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra min produktivitet<\/h4>\n<h5>R\u00f6relse<\/h5>\n<p>Det viktigaste f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r min yogapraktik, vissa dagar i mer \u00e4n 1 timme, andra dagar bara i 20 minuter.<br \/>\nDet kan fungera perfekt med lite stretching, en l\u00f6prunda eller en promenad. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element \u00f6ka energi och f\u00f6rhindra episoder av \u00e5ngest.<br \/>\nN\u00e4r jag \u00e5ker till kontoret och har mindre tid hemma mediterar jag i 20 minuter sittande p\u00e5 t\u00e5get under pendlingstiden. <\/p>\n<h5>Oljeutdragning<\/h5>\n<p>Det \u00e4r det f\u00f6rsta jag g\u00f6r s\u00e5 fort jag g\u00e5r upp.<br \/>\nUnder 15\/20 minuter sveper jag en matsked kokosolja runt munnen p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som liknar munvatten.<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r en teknik som har sitt ursprung i ayurvedisk medicin som g\u00e5r 3 000 \u00e5r tillbaka i tiden.<br \/>\nN\u00e4r oljan tr\u00e4ffar t\u00e4nderna och tandk\u00f6ttet f\u00e5ngas mikroberna upp som om de drogs till en kraftig magnet.<br \/>\nOljedragning kan minska d\u00e5lig andedr\u00e4kt, inflammation och plack.    <\/p>\n<p>\u00c4ven om vissa studier har visat p\u00e5 f\u00f6rdelarna med oljetrakning betyder det inte att det kan ers\u00e4tta rutinm\u00e4ssiga tandl\u00e4karbes\u00f6k och traditionell munv\u00e5rd i hemmet.<br \/>\nOljetramp motverkar inte effekterna av karies. <\/p>\n<h5>Sj\u00e4lvmassage<\/h5>\n<p>Att ta sig tid f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r en k\u00e4rlekshandling.<br \/>\nSj\u00e4lvmassage \u00e5terf\u00f6r oss till balans genom att \u00f6ka cirkulationen och stimulera organens funktioner, vilket hj\u00e4lper kroppen att avgifta sig.<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r ett st\u00f6djande s\u00e4tt att se oss sj\u00e4lva med alla v\u00e5ra sinnen snarare \u00e4n genom det ofta kritiska s\u00e4tt vi ser p\u00e5 oss sj\u00e4lva i spegeln eller genom foton.<br \/>\nJag brukar g\u00f6ra det efter min morgondusch med n\u00e5gra droppar argan-, jojoba- eller mandelolja.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div t\u00e5get p\u00e5 v\u00e4g till kontoret.<br \/>\nJag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker koppla bort sociala medier och l\u00e4sa en pappersbok.<br \/>\nJag \u00e4lskar lukten av papper och att bl\u00e4ddra igenom den sida efter sida har en jordande effekt p\u00e5 mig.  <\/p>\n<p>Vissa dagar g\u00f6r jag de flesta av dem, andra dagar ligger jag bara i s\u00e4ngen 10 minuter l\u00e4ngre.<br \/>\nOm jag k\u00e4nner att jag beh\u00f6ver vila till\u00e5ter jag mig sj\u00e4lv att slappna av. <\/p>\n<p>Det handlar inte om perfektion; det handlar om att hitta sin metod, bygga sin rutin med misslyckanden och ta ett steg tillbaka.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 straffa inte er sj\u00e4lva om ni inte kan h\u00e5lla er till er rutin varje dag; fira varje litet steg och b\u00f6rja sm\u00e5tt, en vana i taget.<br \/>\nDet handlar mer om att vara konsekvent \u00e4n att g\u00f6ra det r\u00e4tt eller mer.  <\/p>\n<p>Och \u00e4ven om du har hittat den b\u00e4sta rutinen som fungerar f\u00f6r dig sj\u00e4lv, f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att l\u00e4gga till en eller tv\u00e5 nya saker d\u00e5 och d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Det hj\u00e4lper att inte ta det man g\u00f6r f\u00f6r givet och att vara \u00f6ppen f\u00f6r nya
