Jag k\u00e4nde ofta att det var on\u00f6digt att anv\u00e4nda ett <a href=\"https:\/\/samarali.eu\/nl\/product-categorie\/accessoires\/yoga-blokken\/\">block<\/a> eller en rem eftersom det \u00e4r meningen att vi ska anstr\u00e4nga oss n\u00e4r vi \u00f6var och inte g\u00f6ra saker l\u00e4ttare, eller hur?<\/p>\n<p>Men n\u00e5gra samtal med olika l\u00e4rare, s\u00e4rskilt under min YTT (Yoga Teachers Training), var verkligen en \u00f6gon\u00f6ppnare.<\/p>\n<p>Jag b\u00f6rjade inse att anv\u00e4ndning av rekvisita inte \u00e4r ett tecken p\u00e5 att man \u00e4r mindre kapabel eller lat, utan att det kan vara till stor hj\u00e4lp f\u00f6r att uppleva st\u00e4llningen, s\u00e4rskilt sthira sukham asanam &#8211; Upplev f\u00f6rdelarna med hela asanan<\/h5>\n<p>Vi \u00e4r inte alla flexibla av naturen; d\u00e4rf\u00f6r erbjuder props tillg\u00e4ngliga variationer s\u00e5 att alla kan uppleva st\u00e4llningen enligt sin egen kropps behov.<\/p>\n<p>I Halasana (plogst\u00e4llning) kan du till exempel placera ett block p\u00e5 golvet bakom huvudet f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja de vikta benen, om bristen p\u00e5 flexibilitet i nedre delen av ryggen och hamstrings hindrar dig fr\u00e5n att r\u00f6ra golvet med f\u00f6tterna.<\/p>\n<h5>2. Andning och meditation<\/h5>\n<p>N\u00e4r rekvisita anv\u00e4nds p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt kan det ge dig m\u00f6jlighet att l\u00e4ra dig den verkliga mekaniken i posen.<\/p>\n<p>Om du placerar blocket utanf\u00f6r din fr\u00e4mre fot i Trikonasana kan du fokusera mer p\u00e5 att \u00f6ppna br\u00f6stkorgen, rikta in h\u00f6fterna och inte kollapsa br\u00f6stkorgen f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 stort\u00e5n.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6c29665c elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6c29665c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-extended\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3e202810\" data-id=\"3e202810\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0e9b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d0e9b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>3. Medvetenhet<\/h5>\n<p>Att inse att vi beh\u00f6ver ett block eller ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tta varf\u00f6r vi inte vill anv\u00e4nda st\u00f6d ger oss feedback om v\u00e5ra kroppar och sinnen.<br \/>\nVi kan ta itu med problemet och arbeta f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa det. <\/p>\n<h5>4.
