Santosa<\/h4>\n<p>Santosa \u00e4r min favorit Niyama.<br \/>\nJag minns en av mina f\u00f6rsta yogalektioner d\u00e4r l\u00e4raren guidade oss genom en k\u00e4nsla av tillfredsst\u00e4llelse \u00f6ver vad vi har och vad vi \u00e4r. <\/p>\n<p>Santosa \u00e4r att acceptera det som h\u00e4nder, och det st\u00e5r inte i v\u00e5r makt att \u00e4ndra p\u00e5 det.<br \/>\nDet handlar om att uppskatta det man \u00e4ger och inte k\u00e4nna sig frustrerad f\u00f6r att man vill ha mer \u00e4n vad man egentligen beh\u00f6ver.<br \/>\nSantosa \u00e4r ett skifte av fokus.  <\/p>\n<p>Tillfredsst\u00e4llelsen m\u00e5ste s\u00f6kas inifr\u00e5n och ut, och alla h\u00e4ndelser \u00e4r bara m\u00f6jligheter att v\u00e4xa, stunder att gl\u00e4nsa.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Tapas<\/h4>\n<p>Den tredje Niyamas handlar om att h\u00e5lla sig frisk genom att tr\u00e4na och h\u00e5lla kroppen i form, men det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en anda av unders\u00f6kning.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r viljan att st\u00e4ndigt \u00f6va f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 veta mer om oss sj\u00e4lva och passionen f\u00f6r att leva fullt ut.<br \/>\n\u00c5r av konsekvent \u00f6vning kan inte byggas p\u00e5 rigid sj\u00e4lvdisciplin utan p\u00e5 en \u00f6nskan att veta mer. <\/p>\n<p>Tapas blir yoga n\u00e4r man inte \u00e4r bunden till resultat.<br \/>\nSkillnaden mellan tr\u00e4ning och yogaut\u00f6vning \u00e4r att det i yoga inte finns n\u00e5gra vinnare och f\u00f6rlorare. <\/p>\n<p>Resan \u00e4r fokuserad p\u00e5 det inre.<br \/>\nDet finns ingen bundenhet till resultaten.<br \/>\nDenna process leder till att vi gradvis blir fria fr\u00e5n yttre p\u00e5verkan, fria fr\u00e5n omst\u00e4ndigheterna kring v\u00e5r f\u00f6delse, v\u00e5rt k\u00f6n, v\u00e5r familj och v\u00e5ra livserfarenheter.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-66524b7e elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"66524b7e\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-extended\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4728e97c\" data-id=\"4728e97c\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-39bf81a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"39bf81a7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>4. Svadhyaya<\/h4>\n<p>Vi \u00e4r p\u00e5 jorden f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ra oss, och d\u00e5 m\u00e5ste vi studera.<br \/>\nDen fj\u00e4rde Niyama \u00f6vers\u00e4tts som sj\u00e4lvstudier. <\/p>\n<p>Genom att st\u00e4ndigt exponera oss f\u00f6r f\u00f6rfattare, poeter, s\u00e5ngare, filmer, sk\u00e5despelare, yogal\u00e4rare och alla andra som inspirerar oss, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar vi oss sj\u00e4lva och blir p\u00e5minda om vad som \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt.<\/p>\n<p>Svadhyaya handlar om att l\u00e5ta sig inspireras av konst, litteratur och texter fr\u00e5n alla religioner och av m\u00e4nniskor i v\u00e5r omgivning som motiverar oss att g\u00f6ra och vara b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>Och f\u00f6r att l\u00e5ta inspirationen t\u00e4nda v\u00e5r eld m\u00e5ste v\u00e5ra sinnen vara \u00f6ppna.<br \/>\nStudera den bok eller de skrifter som hj\u00e4lper dig att komma dit du vill.<br \/>\nOm du hittar n\u00e5got som fungerar, till\u00e4mpa det p\u00e5 dig sj\u00e4lv.  <\/p>\n<h4>5. Isvarapranidhana<\/h4>\n<p>Den sista Niyama \u00e4r att \u00f6verl\u00e4mna sig till Gud, att sl\u00e4ppa taget om allt, f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 samadhi, f\u00f6reningen med det gudomliga.<br \/>\nAtt \u00f6verl\u00e4mna sig till Gud inneb\u00e4r att uppl\u00f6sa separationen mellan oss sj\u00e4lva och universum. <\/p>\n<p>Gud betyder olika saker f\u00f6r var och en av oss.<br \/>\nDet kan vara Allah, Buddha, naturen, den m\u00e4nskliga potentialen, vetenskapen, v\u00e5rt eget h\u00f6gre jag.<br \/>\nDet g\u00f6r ingen skillnad.  <\/p>\n<p>Det viktiga \u00e4r att vi st\u00e4ndigt riktar v\u00e5r uppm\u00e4rksamhet mot det gudomliga genom att k\u00e4nna dess n\u00e4rvaro \u00f6verallt, och att vi visar ett k\u00e4rleksfullt intresse inte bara f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor utan ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r andra varelser.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element liv.<\/p>\n<p>Genom att f\u00f6lja dessa principer har vi m\u00f6jlighet att leva ett b\u00e4ttre liv.<\/p>\n<p>Vi ljuger f\u00f6r att undvika lidande.<br \/>\nVi tillbringar m\u00e5nader, \u00e5r med att tro att n\u00e4r den d\u00e4r saken h\u00e4nder s\u00e5 kommer vi \u00e4ntligen att bli lyckliga.<br \/>\nVi uppskattar inte de sm\u00e5 segrarna eftersom vi redan har siktet inst\u00e4llt p\u00e5 n\u00e4sta m\u00e5l.  <\/p>\n<p>Det finns inget slut p\u00e5 dessa lidanden f\u00f6rr\u00e4n vi antar ett nytt s\u00e4tt att t\u00e4nka.<br \/>\nYoga erbjuder ett nytt perspektiv.<br \/>\nAllt vi
