This policy is compliant with EU consumer protection regulations and Dutch law.

1. Statutory EU Withdrawal Right (14 Days)

Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods (or the last item in multi-item orders).
• To exercise this right, notify us by email at info@samarali.com with your order number.

Important:

• Standard outbound delivery costs are refunded if the statutory withdrawal right is exercised.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
• Any loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary for inspection may be deducted.

2. Samarali Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order.

• Returns after the 14-day statutory withdrawal period fall under this voluntary policy.
• Only the eligible product value is refunded; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refunded.

3. Product Condition & Hygiene Rules

3.1 Apparel Care and products from textile & Usage

Clothing products sold by Samarali are intended for standard fitting and inspection only, comparable to what would reasonably occur in a physical retail environment.

The following are considered excessive handling beyond normal inspection:

• Wearing garments during workouts, training sessions, or events
• Washing, drying, ironing, or altering items
• Presence of odors, stains, deodorant marks, makeup, human or pet hair
• Removal, damage, or replacement of original tags or packaging

Items returned in such condition may:

• be subject to a reduction in the refund amount to reflect the loss in value, or
• be refused if the product is no longer in a resalable condition.

This policy is applied in accordance with EU consumer protection laws concerning diminished value resulting from handling
beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3.2 Yoga Equipment Hygiene & Safety

For safety and hygiene reasons, yoga and meditation gear and accessories must be:

• Unused and hygienically clean
• Returned in original packaging with all accessories intact
• Free from sweat, dirt, or damage
• Free from washing, drying, ironing, or altering items
• No presence of odors, stains, human or pet hair
• Removal, damage, or replacement of original tags or packaging

Items failing to meet these requirements may:

• receive a reduced refund based on loss of value, or
• be refused if no longer resalable

4. Returns Abuse Prevention

To prevent misuse:

• Repeated attempts to use items and return them (“wear & return”) may be investigated.
• Refunds may be reduced or refused for items showing excessive use beyond normal inspection for size/fitting.

This is fully aligned with EU consumer law regarding “loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish
the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.”

5. Return Process

1. Contact info@samarali.com with your order number and return request.
2. Securely pack the item.
3. Include your order number inside the parcel.
4. Send the return to:

Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Inspection & Refunds

• Returned items are inspected for condition, hygiene, and completeness.
• Refunds (after any necessary deductions) are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
• Return shipping and original delivery costs are not refunded under the voluntary 30-day return policy.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact info@samarali.com immediately with photos and your order number.
• We will provide a solution in accordance with EU law, including covering return shipping if applicable.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, the following cannot be returned:

• Personalised or custom items
• Hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed
• Final sale items
