Some people require more cushioning under their heads while performing Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, or other exercises requiring you to relax and calm down. Additionally, our pillows can serve as a support during exercises like the plank pose, head and shoulder stand, downward dog, and many more. These poses put a lot of pressure on the arms, especially if you are new to yoga.

The fabric of yoga pillows is produced from 100% organic cotton, and it’s GOTS certified. On the side of the neck pillow, you can find a hidden zipper. This will allow you to easily take the outer cover off the pillow for washing when it gets dirty. The Yoga Neck pillow is filled with recycled cotton. Savasana pillows are available in 2 different types. Pick and choose the one you like the most!
