Gastblog door Marianna \u2013<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Heb je er ooit over nagedacht wat we elke dag met onze handen doen?<\/p>\n<p>We raken elkaar aan, werken, koken, schrijven, typen, tekenen, genezen, drukken ons uit, houden elkaar vast.<br \/>\nWe gebruiken onze handen om emoties, gedachten en gevoelens over te brengen. <\/p>\n<p>Als je wel eens naar een yogales bent geweest, is er zeker \u00e9\u00e9n handgebaar dat je aan het begin en\/of einde van de les hebt uitgevoerd.<br \/>\nJa, precies: handen voor je hart en Namaste fluisteren. <\/p>\n<h4>Definitie<\/h4>\n<p>Hasta Mudra\u2019s \u2013 vertaald als zegels, stempels of gebaren \u2013 zijn heilige handbewegingen.<br \/>\nSommigen zeggen dat er meer dan 100 bekend zijn, die al duizenden jaren worden gebruikt als een manier om de beoefening te verdiepen en de kracht van het Goddelijke wakker te maken. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column gegenereerd in asana en pranayama beoefening om in balans door het subtiele lichaam te stromen.<\/p>\n<p>Elke mudra heeft een specifiek doel, maar in het algemeen kunnen we zeggen dat het belangrijkste doel is om harmonie te cre\u00ebren tussen de tattva\u2019s, de vijf elementen die de werkelijkheid vormen \u2013 aarde, lucht, vuur, water en ruimte \u2013 en je te helpen focussen op welk aspect van je leven dan ook dat uitdagend voelt.<\/p>\n<h4>Elke vinger is verbonden met een specifiek element<\/h4>\n<p>Volgens de Ayurveda staat elke vinger van onze handen in verbinding met een andere tattva en heeft de aanraking van 2 vingers een ander effect.<\/p>\n<p>De duim komt overeen met vuur en wanneer deze de wijsvinger (het luchtelement) aanraakt, versterkt deze de beweging van de adem.<br \/>\nDe middelvinger (ruimte-element) en de duim samen versterken het gevoel van ruimte. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element vertegenwoordigd door de pink die samen met de duim de bloedsomloop verbetert. <\/p>\n<p>Een paar handgebaren met bewustzijn en respect toevoegen aan je practice kan je ervaring van yoga asana veranderen, de energie laten stromen en je focus verbeteren.<\/p>\n<h4>Anjaly Mudra \u2013 De kern van yogabeoefening<\/h4>\n<p>Namaste en Anjali zijn over het algemeen verwisselbare namen voor een soortgelijk gebaar.<\/p>\n<p>We eindigen de lessen met het gebaar van gebed en de groet namaste.<br \/>\nDit weerspiegelt het einddoel van yoga. doel van asana beoefening is om verschillende methoden te gebruiken om de tegenstelling op te lossen en al onze energie te verenigen. <\/p>\n<p>Een constante stroom van energie die licht noch donker, goed noch slecht, omhoog noch omlaag bevoordeelt, als een slinger die slingert en uiteindelijk tot rust komt in het centrum, dat voor een yogi het hart is.<\/p>\n<p>De handen voor het hart brengen en zeggen \u201chet licht in mij eert het licht in jou\u201d herinnert ons aan deze zoektocht naar evenwicht, het centrum, de innerlijke as.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga probeert alle tegengestelden samen te brengen en elke illusie van afgescheidenheid op te lossen.<\/p>\n<h4>Mudra om jezelf te centreren<\/h4>\n<p>Ga op de grond zitten en lijn je ruggengraat uit.<br \/>\nPlaats de vingers van \u00e9\u00e9n hand op je kruin en de zijkant van je andere hand op je schaambeen.<br \/>\nAdem vier keer diep langs deze verticale as.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element zonder je vuisten te balken om nieuwe reserves van kalme kracht te verzamelen.<\/p>\n<h4>Mudra\u2019s ontvangen en geven<\/h4>\n<p>Houd je handen plat voor je met je duimen onder je.<br \/>\nDraai je polsen naar binnen zodat de ruggen van je handen elkaar raken.<br \/>\nDraai ze een paar keer naar beneden en weer terug.<br \/>\nEindig met een open gebaar.   <\/p>\n<h4>Anjaneyasana Met Pushpaputa Mudra<\/h4>\n<p>Kom in Anjaneyasana: kniel, stap dan met je linkervoet naar voren en plaats je linkerknie over je hiel.<br \/>\nLaat je heupen zakken. <\/p>\n<p>Breng je handpalmen plat met je vingers tegen elkaar en buig je vingers dan lichtjes om de vorm van een kom te maken.<br \/>\nBreng de buitenkanten van beide handen naar elkaar toe. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element Als ik uitadem, geef ik vrijgevigheid.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>Bloemen Mudra\u2019s<\/h4>\n<p>Ze helpen je om je praktijk af te sluiten en na te denken over de schoonheid van de natuur.<\/p>\n<h4>Padma Mudra<\/h4>\n<p>Maak de vorm van een lotusknop: voeg de buitenste randen van elke hand en de kussentjes van je pink en duim samen.<br \/>\nSpreid je overige vingers.<br \/>\nHoud je mudra vast gedurende vier ademcycli.  <\/p>\n<h4>Hamsasya Mudra<\/h4>\n<p>Boots het plukken van een bloem na, om eraan te ruiken, haar aan te bieden of in je haar te plaatsen.<br \/>\nVerbind je wijsvinger met je duim en open dan je andere drie vingers. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
