vinden waar we naar streven in ons leven.<\/p>\n<p>In een van mijn vorige posts vertelde ik je over <a href=\"https:\/\/samarali.eu\/what-is-yin-yoga-and-its-benefit-to-our-body\/\">de geschiedenis en de voordelen van Yin Yoga<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In dit artikel ga ik in op waarom je moet beginnen met oefenen, wanneer je moet oefenen en hoe lang je een houding moet aanhouden.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga vereist, net als het leven zelf, balans.<br \/>\nAls je alleen de &#8220;yang&#8221; stijlen doet, is het misschien tijd om het yin pad te ontdekken dat werkt op de diepe weefsels, energie, lichaam en geest. <\/p>\n<h4>We gebruiken ons lichaam niet om in een houding te komen; we gebruiken de houding om in ons lichaam te komen.<\/h4>\n<p>Een van de mythes van de westerse yogabeoefening is het bereiken van een modelvorm in elke houding.<\/p>\n<p>We dwingen onszelf over de rand te gaan om een idee van perfectie te omarmen dat waarschijnlijk alleen in onze gedachten bestaat.<\/p>\n<p>Onszelf dwingen iets te doen waar we nog niet klaar voor zijn, is als vechten tegen de oceaan.<br \/>\nBehoorlijk dom, nietwaar? over de golven vaart.<\/p>\n<p>Accepteren wat we niet kunnen veranderen is de sereniteit van Yin en de moed hebben om te veranderen wat veranderd moet worden is Yang.<\/p>\n<p>Harmonie in het leven komt voort uit de wijsheid om het verschil te weten.<br \/>\nDeze wijsheid komt alleen voort uit ervaring. <\/p>\n<p>In Yin leren we spelen met onze grenzen in plaats van ertegen te vechten.<br \/>\nWe luisteren naar ons lichaam, gaan naar de rand en wanneer het lichaam zich opent en ruimte vindt, kunnen we dieper gaan en naar de volgende stap gaan.<br \/>\nHet is een reis van zelfonderzoek en zelfkennis.  <\/p>\n<p>Je weet dat de houding zijn werk doet als je kunt voelen dat het lichaam wordt uitgerekt, samengeknepen of gedraaid.<\/p>\n<h4>Leren voelen<\/h4>\n<p>Een andere effectieve yin mantra is: als je voelt, doe je.<br \/>\nYin leert ons onze focus te verleggen naar hoe we ons voelen. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-430e8cae elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"430e8cae\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We leren hoe we onze innerlijke leraren kunnen zijn.<br \/>\nAls je de stretch al hebt ervaren, blijf dan waar je bent. <\/p>\n<p>Verder gaan is simpelweg ons ego voeden.<br \/>\nDe essentie van Yin is toegeven. <\/p>\n<p>Let er wel op dat Yin niet bedoeld is om comfortabel te zijn; als je lichaam je toestaat en uitnodigt om dieper te gaan, accepteer dan de uitnodiging, ook al blijf je ongemakkelijk.<\/p>\n<p>Eigenlijk haalt Yin Yoga je uit je comfortzone en daagt het je geest uit, die weg wil, in beweging wil komen, alles wil doen behalve blijven.<\/p>\n<p>Geen enkele leraar kan je vertellen wat je voelt; je moet leren de pijn, de branderige gewaarwordingen, te herkennen uit de doffe of pijnlijke gevoelens.<\/p>\n<p>Pijn is niet alleen fysiek; we hebben ook trauma&#8217;s uit het verleden en emotionele kanten om mee om te gaan.<br \/>\nAls je er nog niet klaar voor bent, let dan op je grenzen en respecteer ze. <\/p>\n<p>Iets anders om rekening mee te houden is dat ons lichaam voortdurend verandert.<br \/>\nSommige dagen zullen lijken op een stap terug in het confronteren van onze grenzen. <\/p>\n<p>Accepteer de veranderingen, doe je best en wees aanwezig bij wat zich aandient.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Hoe en wanneer oefenen<\/h4>\n<p>Ook al lijkt Yin Yoga een gemakkelijke en zachte stijl van beoefening, toch moet je altijd rekening houden met een aantal algemene voorzorgsmaatregelen.<\/p>\n<h5>Algemene voorzorgsmaatregelen<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Als je ernstige gezondheidsproblemen hebt: herstel na een operatie, hart- en vaatziekten, gewrichtsletsel, epilepsie, als je zwanger bent, bespreek dit dan eerst met je zorgverlener.<\/li>\n<li>Draag geen parfum (vanwege de diepe ademhaling) of metalen sieraden die een volledige cirkel om het lichaam maken (dit verstoort de elektromagnetische energiestroom).<\/li>\n<li>Draag losse, <a href=\"https:\/\/samarali.eu\/product-category\/clothing\/\"><strong>comfortabele kleding<\/strong><\/a>en draag gerust sokken of extra lagen (je genereert geen interne warmte)<\/li>\n<li>Heb <a href=\"https:\/\/samarali.eu\/product-category\/meditation\/cushions\/\"><strong>kussens<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/samarali.eu\/product-category\/accessories\/yoga-blocks\/\"><strong>blokken<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/samarali.eu\/product\/yoga-bolster\/\"><strong>bolster<\/strong><\/a>, dekens bij de hand om de praktijk comfortabel en sappig te maken<\/li>\n<li>Schakel de telefoon uit en houd de ruimte vrij van afleidingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section beoefenen; het hangt af van wat je wilt bereiken.<\/p>\n<p>Misschien wil je &#8217;s ochtends oefenen als je spieren nog koel en stijf zijn of je geest kalmeren voordat je gaat slapen aan het einde van de dag.<\/p>\n<p>Je kunt ook besluiten om het te beoefenen v\u00f3\u00f3r een actieve yang beoefening, na een lange reis, of wanneer je te veel yang en hectische energie\u00ebn in balans moet brengen.<\/p>\n<h5>Yin Yoga in de ochtend<\/h5>\n<p>Bij Yin willen we dat de stretch effectief is voor onze gewrichten en weefsels, dus de spieren moeten ontspannen zijn, anders absorberen ze het grootste deel van de stretch.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom is oefenen in de ochtend of voor een Yang training effici\u00ebnter.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element oefenen, ook al zijn onze spieren dan op hun langst en opgewarmd.<\/p>\n<p>Als je al een rustige en minder actieve dag hebt gehad, zou een meer Yang beoefening waarschijnlijk meer heilzaam zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Stop nooit met het onderzoeken van je innerlijke gids en ga voor wat je voelt dat op dat moment goed voor je is.<\/p>\n<h4>Magie vinden in de tijd<\/h4>\n<p>Tijd is in Yin Yoga een van de belangrijkste elementen.<br \/>\nIyengar raadde al aan om een houding zo lang mogelijk aan te houden. <\/p>\n<p>Hetzelfde geldt voor de Hatha Yoga Pradipika, waar van veel zittende houdingen werd verwacht dat ze lang werden volgehouden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-10fdc32 elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"10fdc32\" houden we een houding een paar ademhalingen vast.<br \/>\nIn Yin Yoga beginnen we met een asana voor 1 minuut als we beginners zijn, en van daaruit bouwen we op naar 10\/20 minuten. <\/p>\n<p>De yin-weefsels waar we aan werken zijn plastisch, wat betekent dat ze langere tijd vastgehouden moeten worden.<\/p>\n<p>De tijd moet redelijk zijn en de belasting op de weefsels niet maximaal.<br \/>\nWe moeten de houding op 80% uitvoeren. <\/p>\n<p>Denk eraan dat langdurige spanningen in het bindweefsel kruipen, waardoor het langer en zwakker wordt en minder goed bestand is tegen belastingen of spanningen.<br \/>\nIn deze verzwakte toestand kunnen spanningen het weefsel beschadigen. <\/p>\n<p>Er is een reden waarom we ons zo kwetsbaar voelen na een yin houding: we hebben onze fascia en gewrichten verzwakt en verlengd.<br \/>\nWe moeten nu goed opletten hoe we bewegen. <\/p>\n<h5>Hoe onze spieren ontspannen na Yin Yoga<\/h5>\n<p>Daarom is een ander principe van yin yoga
