die deze disciplines hebben op je fysieke, emotionele en mentale welzijn.<br \/>\nWelnu, het is mogelijk om deze prachtige discipline op een nog completere en effectievere manier te gebruiken, om een stabiel welzijn te cre\u00ebren en de gezondheid te herstellen als we die zijn kwijtgeraakt. <\/p>\n<p>Volgens de oude meesters staat het bewustzijn van onze diepste identiteit in ieder van ons geschreven.<br \/>\nAls we daarmee in verbinding leven, ervaart ons hele wezen een gevoel van volledigheid en voldoening, die ons de kracht en dynamiek kunnen teruggeven die we nodig hebben om gezond te leven.<br \/>\nGezond zijn betekent niet alleen de afwezigheid van ziekte, maar ook kracht, energie en vitaliteit om te voltooien waar we het meest naar verlangen.  <\/p>\n<p>Yoga en meditatie helpen ons hierbij: ze brengen onze ware identiteit weer naar boven, cre\u00ebren een stevige brug die ons naar het hart en de ziel leidt, om creatief, constructief en moedig te leven.<\/p>\n<p>De meest verbazingwekkende les die we van yoga krijgen is dat het concentreren van de geest, het herkennen van onze intentie en het focussen daarop ons effectiever maakt in het bereiken van onze doelen \u2013 of het nu gaat om het verbeteren van fysieke fitheid en psychisch welzijn, het oplossen van een specifiek gezondheidsprobleem, het overwinnen van een blokkade, het vinden van de energie om werk of relaties te verbeteren en het overwinnen van alle dagelijkse uitdagingen van het leven.<\/p>\n<p>Door de beoefening van asana\u2019s, ademhalingstechnieken en meditatie leidt yoga ons op een pad van bewustzijn, dat leidt tot zo\u2019n diepgaande zelfkennis dat het ons in staat stelt om ons hele systeem in balans te brengen en te harmoniseren, waardoor het evenwichtig en opgeladen wordt en we een staat van goede gezondheid verkrijgen die lang aanhoudt.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 we hierboven al zeiden, zijn er ontelbare zelfgenezingstechnieken, maar volgens ons is geen enkele vergelijkbaar met mindfulness.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is de enige praktijk die je in staat stelt je te verbinden met iets dat superieur is aan de mens.<\/p>\n<p>Je kunt veel baat hebben bij meditatie zolang je het consequent beoefent.<br \/>\nOm zelfgenezing effectief te laten zijn is het aan te raden om dagelijks te mediteren. Als dat niet lukt, vergeet dan niet om het minstens drie keer per week te doen. <\/p>\n<p>Het juiste moment is \u2019s avonds voordat je gaat slapen, misschien na een rustige hatha yoga beoefening of je kunt ook \u2019s ochtends yoga doen en \u2019s avonds mediteren.<br \/>\nDe meditatietijd varieert van 10 tot 12 minuten, op je gemak \u2013 het is niet zo dat we ons hier doorheen gaan haasten, toch?<br \/>\nNeem gewoon de tijd en houd het simpel; zo vallen de dingen snel genoeg op hun plaats.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yoga en gezondheid zijn met elkaar verbonden: als je al yoga of meditatie hebt beoefend in je leven, heb je de positieve effecten ervaren die deze disciplines hebben op je fysieke, emotionele en mentale welzijn.
