De voortdurende opsluiting, minimale sociale contacten en interactie, het verlies van banen, ziekte, thuiswerken en nog veel meer voorbeelden om op te noemen.<br \/>\nDe constante lockdowns, minimale sociale connecties en interactie, verloren banen, ziekte, thuiswerken en nog veel meer voorbeelden om op te noemen.<br \/>\nMet de komst van 2021 zijn veel landen nog steeds afgesloten, maar hopelijk worden ze snel genoeg opgeheven.  <\/p>\n<p>De uitdagingen van het afgelopen jaar blijven aanhouden, wat ons zeker op de een of andere manier heeft be\u00efnvloed \u2013 stress, angst, depressie en in sommige gevallen zelfs zelfmoord.<\/p>\n<p>Emotionele stabiliteit is essentieel voor iemands welzijn en gezondheid.<br \/>\nMaar hoe vecht je tegen stress, verwaterde concentratie en andere emotionele problemen als de mogelijkheid om de juiste professionele hulp te krijgen bijna nihil is? <\/p>\n<p>Er zijn veel technieken die kunnen helpen om mentale onrust te verminderen.<br \/>\nIn dit artikel bewustzijn om een emotioneel kalme staat en gemoedsrust te bereiken. <\/p>\n<p>Er is ontdekt dat meditatie heilzaam is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De vaardigheden verwerven om met stress om te gaan;<\/li>\n<li>Het vinden van nieuwe perspectieven is een uitdaging en dus stressvolle situaties;<\/li>\n<li>Negatieve emoties verminderen.<\/li>\n<li>Creativiteit en verbeelding verbeteren<\/li>\n<li>Geduldiger en toleranter worden<\/li>\n<li>Focus op het heden<\/li>\n<li>Verbetering van zelfbewustzijn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het is belangrijk om in gedachten te houden dat meditatie routinematig moet worden beoefend, bij voorkeur twee keer per dag om de gewenste gemoedstoestand te bereiken.<br \/>\nHet is zeker niet gemakkelijk en het vereist zeker doorzettingsvermogen en vastberadenheid om door te gaan met het beoefenen van mindfulness.<br \/>\nZoals je waarschijnlijk wel weet \u201cWinnaars geven nooit op en opgevers winnen nooit\u201d.<br \/>\nHet is daarom van cruciaal belang om jezelf gemotiveerd en gefocust te houden op je doel. leven tijdens een zeer stressvolle werkperiode die vervolgens veranderde in een zeer stressvolle persoonlijke periode. Maar het bevrijdde me van zoveel pijn. Het veranderde mijn hele kijk op het leven volledig. Ik heb consequent \u2026. gemediteerd en ik heb een exponentieel effect gezien. Hoe meer je doet, hoe groter de beloning.
