het fijn om terug te kunnen vallen op iets wat ons een beetje met beide benen op de grond houdt.<br \/>\nNu, na mijn vorige blog zou ik dit persoonlijk natuurlijk het liefst buiten doen, dus het is belangrijk om onszelf eraan te herinneren dat als we naar buiten gaan, we de gebruikelijke plekken vermijden waar de meeste mensen naartoe gaan.<br \/>\nEen klein grasveld dicht bij huis, een tuin of zelfs een balkon zou kunnen werken &#8211; houd gewoon in gedachten dat het erom gaat te kijken wat voor jou zou werken, en niet voor iedereen.  <\/p>\n<p>Omdat we sociale afstand moeten houden, is het waarschijnlijk het beste om jogging- of fietsroutes te vermijden &#8211; je weet wel, de routes waar iedereen aan denkt als ze willen gaan sporten &#8211; en iets afgelegeners te zoeken.<br \/>\nZoek verschillende routes, verken je buurt&#8230; misschien zit er wel een verborgen juweeltje voor je tussen (oh, en zorg ervoor dat je je voor en na het sporten desinfecteert en draag persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen als dat nodig is). <\/p>\n<p>Maar als je zo&#8217;n ruimte niet tot je beschikking hebt (of, weet je, het is gewoon niet toegestaan om naar buiten te gaan voor niet-essenti\u00eble zaken), dan moeten we werken met wat we hebben.<br \/>\nHet begint met het vinden van een geschikte plek in huis, en mijn persoonlijke keuze zou een ruimte zijn die comfortabel is, goed geventileerd (zet de ramen open!), en bij voorkeur ook zelden bezocht tijdens de normale dagelijkse drukte. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nu weet ik dat het kiezen van een plek in je huis die je nog niet vaak hebt gezien op dit moment grenst aan een zinloze oefening, maar de reden dat ik het zeg is dat we door thuis te werken de neiging hebben om heel wat tijd op dezelfde plek in huis door te brengen.<br \/>\nZelfs de kleinste verandering van omgeving kan wonderen doen, vooral als het doel is om tot rust te komen&#8230; het is tenslotte het opruimen van de geest wat hier het belangrijkst is, en alle kleine beetjes helpen. <\/p>\n<p>Een andere suggestie kan zijn om je asana&#8217;s samen met iemand anders te doen, persoonlijk of via een videogesprek.<br \/>\nBeide opties geven je de kans om uit je gebruikelijke omgeving te stappen en wat broodnodige intermenselijke interactie te hebben&#8230; want als mensen hunkeren we naar contact met elkaar, dus het in onze routine houden zal de dingen op de lange termijn draaglijker maken. <\/p>\n<p>Dus veel succes, blijf veilig en blijf
