class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Mon parcours<\/h4>\n<p>Il y a dix-huit ans, apr\u00e8s ma troisi\u00e8me grossesse, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert le Pilates et j&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9 !<br \/>\nSurtout apr\u00e8s avoir donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 deux enfants en un an. <\/p>\n<p>La grossesse modifie votre corps et gr\u00e2ce au Pilates, j&rsquo;ai retrouv\u00e9 ma force et mon \u00e9nergie en quelques mois.<br \/>\nDes outils importants dont j&rsquo;avais besoin pour m&rsquo;occuper de trois enfants en bas \u00e2ge.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de devenir entra\u00eeneur de Pilates.  <\/p>\n<p>En tant que m\u00e8re de jeunes enfants, vous avez besoin de force et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<br \/>\nVous \u00eates constamment en train de soulever des charges et vous essayez de garder des tonnes de balles en l&rsquo;air. <\/p>\n<p>Le Pilates a \u00e9t\u00e9 mon point de repos.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;ai pu me concentrer sur mon corps pendant un moment, mais j&rsquo;ai aussi vu comment il m&rsquo;aidait physiquement et mentalement.<br \/>\nIl n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;\u00eatre m\u00e8re de jeunes enfants pour comprendre pourquoi le Pilates est si bon pour vous.<br \/>\nJe vais mentionner d&rsquo;autres raisons :   <\/p>\n<h5>1. Il renforce la stabilit\u00e9 de votre tronc<\/h5>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode Pilates est connue pour renforcer vos abdominaux.<br \/>\nVos abdominaux ne sont qu&rsquo;une partie de votre stabilit\u00e9 centrale, que vous appelez aussi votre \u00ab\u00a0c\u0153ur\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le centre d&rsquo;o\u00f9 partent tous vos mouvements et qui concerne tous les muscles tels que le plancher pelvien, l&rsquo;abdomen transversal et le diaphragme qui renforcent, soutiennent et stabilisent votre torse.<\/p>\n<p>Un torse fort (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0centrale \u00e9lectrique\u00a0\u00bb) joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important dans la r\u00e9duction des douleurs au niveau des hanches et du dos.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-61003690 elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"61003690\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-extended\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7a7cdf07\" data-id=\"7a7cdf07\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29bd615c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29bd615c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>2. Il vous permet de prendre conscience de votre corps<\/h5>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode Pilates se concentre sur le corps et l&rsquo;esprit et renforce la proprioception, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 percevoir la position de son propre corps et des parties de son corps.<\/p>\n<p>En portant votre attention vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, vous augmentez votre conscience corporelle et vous devenez plus conscient des \u00e9motions positives et n\u00e9gatives et de la douleur dans votre corps.<br \/>\nVous apprenez ainsi \u00e0 mieux conna\u00eetre votre corps, \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les blessures et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9couter. <\/p>\n<h5>3.
