est la premi\u00e8re chose qui vous vient \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit lorsque l&rsquo;on vous parle de yoga ?<\/p>\n<p>Pendant longtemps, je pense que beaucoup d&rsquo;entre nous ont imagin\u00e9 le yoga comme un ensemble de postures, semblables \u00e0 des \u00e9tirements ou \u00e0 des exercices de musculation, effectu\u00e9es par des personnes pieds nus sur un tapis, dans une pi\u00e8ce lumineuse, v\u00eatues de hauts et de leggings \u00e9l\u00e9gants.<\/p>\n<p>Il est assez rare que, lors de notre cours hebdomadaire dans un studio de yoga, nous entendions parler des \u00ab\u00a08 membres du yoga\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Par manque de temps (et, oserais-je dire, \u00e0 des fins de marketing), le monde occidental semble ne s&rsquo;int\u00e9resser qu&rsquo;\u00e0 un seul de ces membres : le membre physique.<\/p>\n<p>Ne vous m\u00e9prenez pas, le yoga asana est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important et probablement une bonne porte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e pour acc\u00e9der aux autres, mais n&rsquo;oublions pas que ce n&rsquo;est pas la seule option possible.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, je pense que si nous \u00ab\u00a0oublions\u00a0\u00bb de pratiquer les autres membres, nous ne pratiquons pas le yoga, mais nous nous contentons d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div histoire ancienne qui m&rsquo;aide \u00e0 comprendre comment les 8 membres du yoga fonctionnent ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il \u00e9tait une fois un couple qui vivait heureux dans un pays dont le roi \u00e9tait injuste.<br \/>\nLe roi devint jaloux de leur bonheur et mit l&rsquo;homme dans une tour-prison. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;homme demanda \u00e0 sa femme d&rsquo;aller chercher un long fil de soie, un fil solide, une corde, un scarab\u00e9e et du miel.<br \/>\nLorsqu&rsquo;elle revint le lendemain soir avec tout le mat\u00e9riel, le mari lui demanda d&rsquo;attacher le fil de soie au scarab\u00e9e et d&rsquo;enduire ses antennes de miel. <\/p>\n<p>Elle pla\u00e7a le scarab\u00e9e sur le mur de la tour, la t\u00eate tourn\u00e9e vers le haut.<br \/>\nSentant le miel, le scarab\u00e9e commen\u00e7a \u00e0 grimper le long de la tour dans l&rsquo;espoir d&rsquo;en trouver d&rsquo;autres, entra\u00eenant le fil de soie dans sa course. <\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;il atteignit le sommet de la tour, l&rsquo;homme saisit le fil de soie et appela sa femme pour qu&rsquo;elle attache le fil solide \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.<br \/>\nUne fois qu&rsquo;il eut la corde, le reste se passa rapidement. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section a fix\u00e9 une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et, en descendant, s&rsquo;est \u00e9chapp\u00e9 vers la libert\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le couple repr\u00e9sente les yogis.<br \/>\nLa prison repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;existence conditionn\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLe fil de soie symbolise la purification du corps par les asanas.  <\/p>\n<p>Le fil solide repr\u00e9sente le pranayama, l&rsquo;extension de la respiration, la corde symbolise la m\u00e9ditation et le samadhi, l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de puret\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00eatre.<br \/>\nUne fois la corde tenue, il est possible de se lib\u00e9rer de l&rsquo;existence conditionn\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<p>Nous pouvons r\u00e9sumer que le yoga est une sorte de voyage ou de chemin, que nous embrassons pour atteindre la libert\u00e9 d&rsquo;une existence de souffrances cr\u00e9\u00e9es par notre esprit.<\/p>\n<p>Ce chemin est compos\u00e9 de 8 \u00e9tapes ; si nous en manquons une, la libert\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre accomplie.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element syst\u00e8me complet des 8 membres du yoga comme une \u00e9chelle, nous devons grimper le premier membre pour passer au suivant.<br \/>\nCette approche sugg\u00e8re l\u00e9g\u00e8rement qu&rsquo;il existe une sorte d&rsquo;importance des membres en fonction de leur emplacement. <\/p>\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re consid\u00e9rer les membres comme les p\u00e9tales d&rsquo;une fleur dont le dernier, le Samadhi, est le centre.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque p\u00e9tale est au m\u00eame niveau que les autres et tous ensemble m\u00e8nent \u00e0 cet \u00e9tat de libert\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les membres sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9s chaque jour pour \u00e9tablir une bonne vie.<\/p>\n<h4>Yamas et Niyamas<\/h4>\n<p>Le premier volet consiste en un ensemble de r\u00e8gles \u00e9thiques.<br \/>\nLe class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Asana Yoga<\/h4>\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me membre est l&rsquo;Asana.<br \/>\nSelon la Brhad Aranyaka Upanishad, le corps que nous avons aujourd&rsquo;hui n&rsquo;est rien d&rsquo;autre que l&rsquo;accumulation de nos pens\u00e9es, \u00e9motions et actions pass\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;asana est la m\u00e9thode qui nous lib\u00e8re des conditionnements pass\u00e9s, stock\u00e9s dans le corps, pour arriver au moment pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p>Gardez cependant \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit qu&rsquo;une pratique forc\u00e9e peut accro\u00eetre l&rsquo;identification au corps, imposant ainsi une nouvelle couche de douleur et de souffrance.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;identification \u00e0 quelque chose d&rsquo;impermanent (avidya) conduit \u00e0 plus de souffrance et de douleur. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si nous nous entra\u00eenons constamment chaque jour, notre corps est fait pour vieillir, pour conna\u00eetre le changement.<br \/>\nSi nous nous identifions \u00e0 un corps sain, jeune, fort et super flexible, il y aura un jour o\u00f9 tout cela dispara\u00eetra. <\/p>\n<p>Au contraire, nous voulons pratiquer l&rsquo;asana parce qu&rsquo;elle nous permet de lib\u00e9rer et de laisser aller le pass\u00e9 qui y est stock\u00e9.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \/>\nPranayama signifie l&rsquo;extension de la respiration.  <\/p>\n<p>La pratique du Pranayama est l&rsquo;\u00e9tude et l&rsquo;exercice de la respiration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;agite plus l&rsquo;esprit.<\/p>\n<h4>Pratyahara<\/h4>\n<p>Le cinqui\u00e8me membre est Pratyahara, le retrait des sens.<br \/>\nDans le yoga Vinyasa, il est pratiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 travers Drishti, le point focal. <\/p>\n<p>En tournant le regard vers les endroits prescrits (le nombril, la pointe du nez et les doigts), nous nous concentrons vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et nous d\u00e9veloppons ce que la philosophie tantrique appelle le centre (Madhya).<\/p>\n<h4>Dharana<\/h4>\n<p>Le sixi\u00e8me membre est Dharana, la concentration.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;esprit a toujours tendance \u00e0 s&rsquo;attacher aux pens\u00e9es qui surgissent.<br \/>\nIl est extr\u00eamement difficile de m\u00e9diter sur la conscience, parce qu&rsquo;elle est sans forme.  <\/p>\n<p>La pratique de la concentration est une condition pr\u00e9alable et une pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant-dernier objet : la conscience sans forme, la conscience pure.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le yoga Vinyasa, le Dharana est pratiqu\u00e9 en se concentrant sur les bandhas : Mula et Uddiyana Bandha (blocages pelviens et abdominaux inf\u00e9rieurs), au niveau externe.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau interne, il s&rsquo;agit de lier le mouvement, la respiration et la conscience.<\/p>\n<h4>Dhyana<\/h4>\n<p>Le septi\u00e8me membre est Dhyana, la m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez probablement lu des tonnes de d\u00e9finitions de la m\u00e9ditation.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;aime celle formul\u00e9e par Gregor Maehle : \u00ab\u00a0La m\u00e9ditation signifie se reposer, sans influence, entre les extr\u00eames de l&rsquo;esprit et soudain juste \u00ab\u00a0\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb au lieu de \u00ab\u00a0devenir\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0\u00bb <\/p>\n<p>Dans la m\u00e9ditation, il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;effort \u00e0 faire pour exclure toutes les d\u00e9plac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4>Samadhi<\/h4>\n<p>Le huiti\u00e8me membre, Samadhi, est de deux types : objectif et sans objet.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif est atteint lorsque l&rsquo;esprit est clarifi\u00e9 au point de ne pas produire une autre simulation de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le samadhi sans objet est la forme la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e du yoga : il se produit lorsque notre v\u00e9ritable nature est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cet \u00e9tat final est au-del\u00e0 de la r\u00e9alisation, de l&rsquo;action, de la pratique.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est un \u00e9tat de puret\u00e9 extatique (Kaivalya), un \u00e9tat de libert\u00e9 totale et d&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance par rapport \u00e0 toute stimulation ext\u00e9rieure. <\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que la prochaine fois que vous vous repr\u00e9senterez le yoga, il ne s&rsquo;agira pas seulement de personnes en \u00e9quilibre sur une jambe ou sur la t\u00eate, mais d&rsquo;un \u00e9tat ind\u00e9fini de paix et de
