cuisinons, \u00e9crivons, tapons \u00e0 la machine, dessinons, soignons, nous exprimons, nous nous tenons les uns les autres.<br \/>\nNous utilisons nos mains pour communiquer des \u00e9motions, des pens\u00e9es, des sentiments. <\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 assist\u00e9 \u00e0 un cours de yoga, il y a certainement un geste de la main que vous avez effectu\u00e9 au d\u00e9but et\/ou \u00e0 la fin du cours.<br \/>\nOui, exactement : les mains devant le c\u0153ur, en murmurant Namaste. <\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e9finition<\/h4>\n<p>Les Hasta Mudras \u2013 traduits par sceaux, timbres ou gestes \u2013 sont des mouvements sacr\u00e9s des mains.<br \/>\nCertains disent qu\u2019il en existe plus de 100 connus, qui sont utilis\u00e9s depuis des milliers d\u2019ann\u00e9es comme moyen g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la pratique de l\u2019asana et du pranayama pour qu\u2019elle circule de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e dans le corps subtil.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque mudra a un objectif particulier, mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, on peut dire que le but principal est de cr\u00e9er une harmonie entre les tattvas, les cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui constituent la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u2013 la terre, l\u2019air, le feu, l\u2019eau et l\u2019espace \u2013 et de vous aider \u00e0 vous concentrer sur n\u2019importe quel aspect de votre vie qui vous semble difficile.<\/p>\n<h4>Chaque doigt est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment sp\u00e9cifique<\/h4>\n<p>Selon l\u2019Ayurveda, chaque doigt de nos mains est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un tattva diff\u00e9rent, et le contact de deux d\u2019entre eux d\u00e9veloppe un effet diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p>Le pouce correspond au feu et, lorsqu\u2019il touche l\u2019index (l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment air), il renforce le mouvement de la respiration.<br \/>\nLe majeur (\u00e9l\u00e9ment de l\u2019espace) et le pouce augmentent ensemble le sens de l\u2019espace. repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par l\u2019auriculaire qui, avec le pouce, am\u00e9liore la circulation. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ajout de quelques gestes de la main dans votre pratique, avec conscience et respect, peut changer votre exp\u00e9rience des asanas de yoga, faire circuler l\u2019\u00e9nergie et am\u00e9liorer votre concentration.<\/p>\n<h4>Anjaly Mudra \u2013 Le c\u0153ur de la pratique du yoga<\/h4>\n<p>Namaste et Anjali sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des noms interchangeables pour un geste similaire.<\/p>\n<p>Nous terminons les cours par le geste de porter les mains \u00e0 la pri\u00e8re et par la salutation namaste.<br \/>\nCe geste refl\u00e8te l\u2019objectif final du yoga. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Le yoga cherche \u00e0 r\u00e9unir tous les oppos\u00e9s et \u00e0 dissoudre toute illusion de s\u00e9paration qui pourrait exister.<\/p>\n<h4>Mudra pour vous recentrer<\/h4>\n<p>Asseyez-vous sur le sol et alignez votre colonne vert\u00e9brale.<br \/>\nPlacez les doigts d\u2019une main sur votre couronne et le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019autre main sur votre pubis.<br \/>\nRespirez profond\u00e9ment pendant quatre respirations le long de cet axe vertical.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element \u00e0 la hauteur des coudes.<\/p>\n<p>Respirez profond\u00e9ment sans serrer les poings pour rassembler de nouvelles r\u00e9serves de force tranquille.<\/p>\n<h4>Recevoir et donner des mudras<\/h4>\n<p>Placez vos mains \u00e0 plat devant vous, les pouces repli\u00e9s vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<br \/>\nTournez vos poignets de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que le dos de vos mains se touche.<br \/>\nTournez-les vers le bas et vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re plusieurs fois.<br \/>\nTerminez par un geste d\u2019ouverture.   <\/p>\n<h4>Anjaneyasana avec Pushpaputa Mudra<\/h4>\n<p>Entrez dans Anjaneyasana : agenouillez-vous, puis avancez votre pied gauche en alignant votre genou gauche sur votre talon.<br \/>\nAbaissez vos hanches. <\/p>\n<p>Ramenez vos paumes \u00e0 plat, doigts joints, puis pliez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vos doigts pour leur donner la forme d\u2019un bol.<br \/>\nAmenez les bords ext\u00e9rieurs de vos deux mains \u00e0 se toucher.
