enroul\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le serpent est notre \u00e9nergie qui s&rsquo;enroule \u00e0 la base de notre colonne vert\u00e9brale et repr\u00e9sente la partie f\u00e9minine de Dieu.<\/p>\n<p>Le divin en nous a un c\u00f4t\u00e9 masculin et un c\u00f4t\u00e9 f\u00e9minin.<br \/>\nAdi Shakti est la puissance f\u00e9minine qui englobe ananda (f\u00e9licit\u00e9), chit (conscience pure) et Prema (amour). <\/p>\n<p>Kundalini shakti est l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie m\u00eame de la conscience qui, lorsqu&rsquo;elle est \u00e9veill\u00e9e, permet d&rsquo;atteindre des \u00e9tats de conscience plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, y compris le samadhi.<\/p>\n<p>Le Kundalini Yoga comprend une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de techniques utilis\u00e9es pour \u00e9veiller et faire monter l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 travers et reste identifi\u00e9 \u00e0 la conscience non manifest\u00e9e.<br \/>\nCette qualit\u00e9 est appel\u00e9e shiva et est conceptualis\u00e9e comme masculine. <\/p>\n<p>Shiva a le pouvoir d&rsquo;\u00eatre, mais pas celui de devenir ou d&rsquo;agir.<br \/>\nIl est le d\u00e9tenteur du pouvoir mais n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie propre. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;autre p\u00f4le est un aspect dynamique, \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et cr\u00e9atif appel\u00e9 shakti &#8211; personnifi\u00e9 comme Shakti, la grande m\u00e8re de l&rsquo;univers.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;elle que naissent toutes les formes.<br \/>\nShakti est la plus subtile des choses cr\u00e9\u00e9es.<br \/>\nElle se manifeste sous la forme de l&rsquo;univers tout entier : la mati\u00e8re, la vie et l&rsquo;esprit.  <\/p>\n<p>Shakti est une projection de la conscience pure qui voile la conscience avec les innombrables manifestations illusoires<em>(maya)<\/em> qu&rsquo;elle engendre.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est ce que nous appelons l&rsquo;univers. <\/p>\n<p>Ces deux principes &#8211; Shiva et Shakti &#8211; sont unis, mais dans le monde, nous savons qu&rsquo;une illusion de s\u00e9paration est cr\u00e9\u00e9e entre la conscience pure et ses manifestations.<br \/>\nCela conduit \u00e0 la confusion et \u00e0 une mauvaise interpr\u00e9tation de notre monde ou \u00e0 prendre l&rsquo;irr\u00e9el pour le r\u00e9el. <\/p>\n<p>Selon le tantra, l&rsquo;\u00eatre humain est un univers en miniature.<br \/>\nTout ce qui se trouve dans le cosmos se trouve dans chaque individu, et les m\u00eames principes qui s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 l&rsquo;univers s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 l&rsquo;individu. l&rsquo;organisme est \u00e9galement d\u00e9crit symboliquement comme un serpent enroul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9nergie potentielle reposerait \u00e0 la base de la moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re, au niveau du chakra Muladhara (support de la racine), o\u00f9 elle est appel\u00e9e kundalini.<br \/>\nCette kundalini est le support statique de tout le corps et de ses forces praniques. <\/p>\n<p>Les personnes qui ont un acc\u00e8s contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience inconsciente disposent d&rsquo;une \u00e9nergie, d&rsquo;une perspicacit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;une cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 abondantes.<\/p>\n<p>La transformation du pouvoir de la shakti en une forme active est appel\u00e9e l&rsquo;\u00e9veil de la kundalini.<\/p>\n<p>Le kundalini yoga consiste \u00e0 \u00e9veiller cette shakti kundalini et \u00e0 la conduire syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 travers chacun des chakras jusqu&rsquo;au chakra Sahasrara.<br \/>\nLorsque la shakti remonte jusqu&rsquo;au sommet, en dynamisant pr\u00e9sence.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9veiller v\u00e9ritablement la kundalini, une pr\u00e9paration est n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>\nSans une longue et patiente pratique de la purification et du renforcement
