connecter \u00e0 quelque chose de sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l&rsquo;homme.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez tirer un grand b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la m\u00e9ditation \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;elle soit pratiqu\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente.<br \/>\nPour que l&rsquo;autogu\u00e9rison soit efficace, il est conseill\u00e9 de m\u00e9diter tous les jours.
