renoncer aux graisses \u2013 tout le monde conna\u00eet au moins un exemple d\u2019une chose \u00e0 essayer, pour ensuite revenir aux anciennes habitudes. <\/p>\n<p>Cela ne doit pas \u00eatre tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9, comme l\u2019ont prouv\u00e9 les habitants d\u2019Okinawa.<br \/>\nDepuis une centaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, ils ont adapt\u00e9 l\u2019enseignement confuc\u00e9en Hara hachi bun me, qui dit aux gens de ne pas manger jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient compl\u00e8tement rassasi\u00e9s, mais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient satisfaits \u00e0 80 %. <\/p>\n<p>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne s\u2019est \u00e9galement r\u00e9pandu dans nos assiettes.<br \/>\nNaturellement, le type d\u2019alimentation est fondamental pour mener une vie saine et, par cons\u00e9quent, nous nous effor\u00e7ons de tout cuisiner avec des produits frais, en surveillant judicieusement l\u2019utilisation des graisses, des sucres et du sel, mais une fois que nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 passer \u00e0 table, il est facile de fixer une limite et de s\u2019y tenir.<br \/>\nEn g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, nous pensons simplement \u00e0 ne pas manger jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que nous soyons rassasi\u00e9s, mais plut\u00f4t jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que nous n\u2019ayons plus faim.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div maintenir un r\u00e9gime alimentaire sain est en fait tr\u00e8s simple : si vous mangez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vous soyez compl\u00e8tement rassasi\u00e9, l\u2019estomac s\u2019\u00e9tire pour s\u2019adapter, ce qui peut conduire \u00e0 une barre plus haute \u00e0 atteindre au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le temps passe et qu\u2019il faut plus de nourriture pour se sentir rassasi\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe fait de s\u2019arr\u00eater \u00e0 80 %, comme le font les habitants d\u2019Okinawa depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, emp\u00eache ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de se produire et peut, en fin de compte, entra\u00eener une diminution de l\u2019IMC. <\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, cela ne signifie pas que les habitants d\u2019Okinawa mangent tout ce qu\u2019ils veulent ; leur r\u00e9gime alimentaire, compos\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes riches en fibres, de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, d\u2019aliments \u00e0 base de soja et d\u2019une quantit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e de poisson et de porc, y contribue grandement.<br \/>\nSi l\u2019on combine tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, il n\u2019est pas surprenant que les habitants d\u2019Okinawa aient l\u2019un des taux de centenaires (personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 100 ans et plus) les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s au monde : 50 pour 100 000. <\/p>\n<p>Je sais qu\u2019il faut du temps pour changer certaines habitudes.<br \/>\nApparemment, notre cerveau a besoin de 10 semaines pour adopter un nouveau mode de vie avant de le consid\u00e9rer comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment normal de la routine quotidienne.<br \/>\nMais avec la r\u00e8gle des 80 %, on peut facilement commencer d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui.<br \/>\nComme j\u2019aime \u00e0 le rappeler \u00e0 ma moiti\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019elle envisage de se resservir : la deuxi\u00e8me assiette n\u2019est jamais aussi bonne que la premi\u00e8re.   <\/p>\n<p>Allons-nous vivre cent ans en suivant ce m\u00eame principe ?<br \/>\nAu moins, nous pouvons essayer !
