Si vous \u00eates enceinte ou si vous avez des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, consultez toujours votre m\u00e9decin avant votre entra\u00eenement et informez-en votre professeur (vous devriez aussi toujours le faire dans la vie r\u00e9elle !).<br \/>Ne le prenez pas trop au s\u00e9rieux, ce n&rsquo;est que du yoga.<\/p>\n<h5>Prenez votre Savasana<\/h5>\n<p>Savasana n&rsquo;est pas une simple position allong\u00e9e.<br \/>\nCertains diront m\u00eame que c&rsquo;est la pose la plus difficile de toutes.<br \/>\nNe la sautez pas.<br \/>\nR\u00e9servez suffisamment de temps pour pouvoir rester pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de la pratique.<br \/>\nVotre professeur concevra une pratique compl\u00e8te, o\u00f9 les poses s&rsquo;appuieront les unes sur les autres et se contrebalanceront.<br \/>\nArrivez \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure et restez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin, comme vous le feriez dans un studio.     <\/p>\n<p>Oui, le yoga en ligne n&rsquo;est pas la m\u00eame chose qu&rsquo;une pratique avec vos pairs dans un studio.<br \/>\nMais c&rsquo;est bien mieux que de ne pas pratiquer du tout et c&rsquo;est un excellent moyen de se faufiler dans un cours suppl\u00e9mentaire lorsque le temps de transport est r\u00e9duit et d&rsquo;essayer de nouveaux professeurs du monde entier.<br \/>\n\u00cates-vous pr\u00eat ?
