affirmations, la visualisation, l&rsquo;exercice, la lecture et l&rsquo;\u00e9criture &#8211; le tout formant l&rsquo;acronyme SAVERS.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas de recette unique valable pour tous, mais chacun d&rsquo;entre nous doit trouver son \u00e9quation.<br \/>\nCette \u00e9quation est aussi un processus qui demande d&rsquo;essayer diff\u00e9rentes choses, d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimenter avant de trouver ce qui fonctionne pour nous. <\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 quelques trucs qui m&rsquo;aident \u00e0 bien commencer ma journ\u00e9e et j&rsquo;ai remarqu\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations dans ma productivit\u00e9 quotidienne et mon humeur.<\/p>\n<h4>Les 5 choses les plus importantes que je fais le matin pour am\u00e9liorer ma productivit\u00e9<\/h4>\n<h5>Mouvement<\/h5>\n<p>Pour moi, c&rsquo;est avant tout ma pratique du yoga, certains jours pendant plus d&rsquo;une heure, d&rsquo;autres jours pendant 20 minutes seulement.<br \/>\nIl peut parfaitement s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;\u00e9tirements, d&rsquo;une course ou d&rsquo;une promenade. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-607eafd elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"607eafd\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>Respiration et m\u00e9ditation<\/h5>\n<p>Un peu de pranayama facile, comme la respiration Nadi Shodhana ou Ujjayi, m&rsquo;aide \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9, \u00e0 augmenter mon \u00e9nergie et \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les \u00e9pisodes d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\nLorsque je vais au bureau et que j&rsquo;ai moins de temps \u00e0 la maison, je m\u00e9dite pendant 20 minutes dans le train. <\/p>\n<h5>L&rsquo;extraction d&rsquo;huile<\/h5>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re chose que je fais d\u00e8s que je me l\u00e8ve.<br \/>\nPendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, je fais circuler une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile de coco dans ma bouche, un peu comme un bain de bouche.<br \/>\nCette technique trouve son origine dans la m\u00e9decine ayurv\u00e9dique, vieille de 3 000 ans.<br \/>\nLorsque l&rsquo;huile touche vos dents et vos gencives, les microbes sont capt\u00e9s comme s&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient attir\u00e9s par un puissant aimant.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;extraction d&rsquo;huile peut r\u00e9duire la mauvaise haleine, l&rsquo;inflammation et la plaque dentaire.    <\/p>\n<p>Bien que certaines \u00e9tudes aient prouv\u00e9 les avantages de l&rsquo;extraction d&rsquo;huile, cela ne signifie pas qu&rsquo;elle peut remplacer les visites dentaires de routine et les soins bucco-dentaires traditionnels \u00e0 domicile.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;extraction d&rsquo;huile n&rsquo;inverse pas les effets de la carie dentaire. <\/p>\n<h5>Auto-massage<\/h5>\n<p>Prendre du temps pour soi est un acte d&rsquo;amour.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;automassage nous r\u00e9\u00e9quilibre en augmentant la circulation et en stimulant les fonctions des organes, ce qui aide notre corps \u00e0 se d\u00e9sintoxiquer.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est une fa\u00e7on de se voir avec tous ses sens plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;avec le regard souvent critique que l&rsquo;on porte sur soi dans le miroir ou sur les photos.<br \/>\nJe le fais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement apr\u00e8s ma douche matinale en utilisant quelques gouttes d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;argan, de jojoba ou d&rsquo;amande. chemin du bureau.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;essaie de me d\u00e9connecter des m\u00e9dias sociaux et de lire un livre en papier.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;aime l&rsquo;odeur du papier et le fait de le feuilleter page apr\u00e8s page a pour effet de m&rsquo;ancrer dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p>Certains jours, je fais la plupart d&rsquo;entre eux ; d&rsquo;autres jours, je reste au lit 10 minutes de plus.<br \/>\nSi je sens que j&rsquo;ai besoin de me reposer, je m&rsquo;autorise \u00e0 me d\u00e9tendre. <\/p>\n<p>Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;atteindre la perfection, mais de trouver votre m\u00e9thode, de construire votre routine avec l&rsquo;\u00e9chec et de prendre du recul.<br \/>\nNe vous punissez donc pas si vous ne parvenez pas \u00e0 suivre votre routine tous les jours ; c\u00e9l\u00e9brez chaque petit pas et commencez petit, une habitude \u00e0 la fois.<br \/>\nIl s&rsquo;agit davantage d&rsquo;\u00eatre coh\u00e9rent que de faire bien ou plus.  <\/p>\n<p>Oh, et m\u00eame si vous avez trouv\u00e9 la routine qui vous convient le mieux, essayez d&rsquo;ajouter une ou deux nouvelles choses de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>Cela aide \u00e0 ne pas consid\u00e9rer comme acquis ce que l&rsquo;on fait et \u00e0 \u00eatre ouvert \u00e0 la nouveaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marianna<\/strong> pratique le yoga depuis plus de huit ans et, en 2020, elle s&rsquo;est rendue \u00e0
