premi\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;ai vu des gens faire Sirsasana I (inversion du poirier), c&rsquo;\u00e9tait pendant un cours d&rsquo;Ashtanga.<\/p>\n<p>Je me souviens m&rsquo;\u00eatre dit : \u00ab\u00a0Non, vous ne pouvez pas, et vous ne pourrez probablement jamais le faire.<\/p>\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai aucun souvenir de l&rsquo;enfant que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais, la t\u00eate en bas.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 le yoga \u00e0 la trentaine, et j&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 que les chances de pratiquer des asanas physiques exigeants \u00e9taient hors de ma port\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cours, le professeur s&rsquo;est approch\u00e9 de moi, me proposant de m&rsquo;aider \u00e0 entrer dans Sirsasana, mais mon instinct de survie a gentiment d\u00e9clin\u00e9 l&rsquo;offre.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;ai pris la pose du dauphin, plus s\u00fbre. <\/p>\n<p>Mais m\u00eame si je ne me sentais pas pr\u00eate \u00e0 essayer, \u00e0 partir de ce jour, un petit oiseau sur ma t\u00eate a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me tenter.<br \/>\nEt c&rsquo;est ainsi que mon voyage en inversion a commenc\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Une fois que j&rsquo;ai calm\u00e9 mon esprit en me disant que je pouvais le faire, j&rsquo;ai investi du temps et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans la compr\u00e9hension de l&rsquo;asana et dans la pr\u00e9paration du poirier<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Commencez \u00e0 quatre pattes, coudes vers le bas, \u00e9tirez les avant-bras et croisez les doigts.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Inspirez et, \u00e0 l&rsquo;expiration, redressez les jambes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Levez la t\u00eate, les yeux sur le sol.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section et le point central entre vos coudes.<br \/>\nPlus les coudes s&rsquo;\u00e9cartent sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, plus cette distance se r\u00e9duit et moins le poirier est stable.  <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Placez votre t\u00eate sur le tapis ; la pointe de la t\u00eate doit toucher le sol et se trouver un peu \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart de vos doigts entrelac\u00e9s.<br \/>\nAinsi, l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re de votre t\u00eate touche vos poignets. <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les yeux sont parall\u00e8les \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Appuyez vos avant-bras sur le sol, soulevez vos \u00e9paules, puis redressez vos jambes.<\/p>\n<p>Vous \u00eates en demi-teinte, et vous voudrez peut-\u00eatre rester dans cette position, ce qui est tout \u00e0 fait possible.<br \/>\nN&rsquo;oubliez pas d&rsquo;\u00e9couter votre corps et de ne pas vous forcer \u00e0 faire quelque chose pour lequel vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas pr\u00eat. <\/p>\n<p>Pour continuer \u00e0 prendre la pose compl\u00e8te :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ramenez vos jambes vers votre tronc, les genoux pli\u00e9s vers votre poitrine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Laissez votre bassin basculer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re au-dessus de vos mains, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que vos pieds se d\u00e9tachent du sol.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Levez les deux jambes ou la jambe de pouss\u00e9e d&rsquo;abord, puis la jambe d&rsquo;\u00e9lan, et amenez vos pieds contre le mur de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que vos tibias soient parall\u00e8les au soulev\u00e9es et que votre cou est bien allong\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Si vous ne connaissez pas encore cette posture, restez ici pendant 5 respirations, puis redescendez et reposez-vous dans la posture de l&rsquo;enfant.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Apr\u00e8s avoir pratiqu\u00e9 plusieurs fois, d\u00e9placez une jambe du mur \u00e0 la position verticale.<br \/>\nD\u00e9placez-vous lentement et prenez le temps de trouver l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre. <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Respirez naturellement et facilement, \u00e9tirez vos pieds, regardez le centre de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Il est normal de ressentir une certaine pression sur la t\u00eate, mais si vous avez une sensation dans le cou, descendez.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Abaissez lentement une jambe, puis l&rsquo;autre, et reposez-vous en Balasana.<\/p>\n<p>La position debout affecte votre syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire, vos organes, vos muscles et votre cerveau.<br \/>\nAccordez-vous quelques instants de repos pour int\u00e9grer tous
