ses avantages.<\/p>\n<h4>Origines<\/h4>\n<p>Le Yoga Nidra est une technique d\u00e9riv\u00e9e d&rsquo;un ancien tantra, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Swami Satyananda dans les ann\u00e9es 1940.<\/p>\n<p>Il a constat\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il existait un besoin profond de techniques simples ayant un grand pouvoir de r\u00e9duction du stress et de la souffrance.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement reconnu que le fait de diriger votre attention sur une partie sp\u00e9cifique du corps d\u00e9tendait et rechargeait cette zone.<\/p>\n<p>Les textes mythologiques indiens d\u00e9signent le yoga nidra comme l&rsquo;\u00e9tat dans lequel se trouve le dieu indien Vishnu lorsqu&rsquo;il dort.<br \/>\nLa cr\u00e9ation universelle est alors le r\u00eave de Vishnu. \u00ab\u00a0sommeil\u00a0\u00bb en sanscrit.<br \/>\nUn sommeil profond et sans r\u00eave.<br \/>\nIl s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une puissante technique de relaxation et de m\u00e9ditation qui induit une profonde d\u00e9tente du corps et de l&rsquo;esprit afin d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre la conscience de soi.  <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tat de Yoga Nidra se produit lorsque vous pouvez rester conscient pendant l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sommeil profond.<br \/>\nIl ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;une simple pratique de relaxation ; en fin de compte, le yoga nidra conduit \u00e0 un \u00e9tat de sommeil profond et conscient.<br \/>\nOn peut le d\u00e9finir comme un sommeil yogique avec conscience.  <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif est de passer consciemment d&rsquo;un \u00e9tat de conscience \u00e0 un autre, de l&rsquo;\u00e9veil au r\u00eave et au sommeil.<\/p>\n<h4>Comment pratiquer<\/h4>\n<p>Rolf Sovik, psychologue clinicien et pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;Himalayan Institute, a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le yoga pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es aux Etats-Unis, en Inde et au N\u00e9pal, et a notamment re\u00e7u l&rsquo;enseignement du Yoga Nidra par Swami Rama.<br \/>\nSelon lui, la pratique est guid\u00e9e par 5 \u00e9tapes : <\/p>\n<h5>1. Le mouvement<\/h5>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, quelques mouvements l\u00e9gers peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s, comme \u00e9tirer les \u00e9paules, les bras, tourner le dos ou bouger les hanches et les jambes.<\/p>\n<h5>2. Exercice sans mouvement<\/h5>\n<p>Ensuite, allongez-vous sur le sol (comme dans Shavasana) et faites plusieurs r\u00e9p\u00e9titions sans bouger. Cet exercice est bas\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que votre cerveau signale \u00e0 votre corps de maintenir vos jambes, vos bras et votre r\u00e9gion abdominale sous tension, puis de les rel\u00e2cher.<br \/>Cette pratique vous permet de constater qu&rsquo;il est possible de d\u00e9placer l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;un endroit \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre du corps. D\u00e9tente syst\u00e9matique<\/h5>\n<p>La troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre.<br \/>\nLes relaxations sont enseign\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s syst\u00e9matique : <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 61 points de relaxation du corps, appel\u00e9s Shavayatra.<\/li>\n<li>En pratiquant 75 respirations, ce que l&rsquo;on appelle Shitili Karana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ces deux exercices de relaxation se font \u00e0 la suite des exercices de tension qui vous permettent de vous d\u00e9tendre extr\u00eamement profond\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<h5>4. Pratique de la conscience du souffle<\/h5>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tape vous oblige \u00e0 respirer par une narine d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du corps, puis de l&rsquo;autre.<\/p>\n<h5>5. Dormir en pleine conscience (Yoga Nidra)<\/h5>\n<p>Au cours de cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape, vous laissez la conscience voyager du centre des sourcils vers le centre de la gorge et le centre du
