Where can I buy Samarali products?

Aside from our own webshop samarali.eu, we also sell some of our products via different marketplaces like Etsy, eBay, Decathlon, Bol.com, Amazon or our retail partners internationally.

Does Samarali have a physical store that I can visit?

We currently don’t have a physical store. However, we are open to the possibility of establishing one in the future. For now, all purchases can be made through our website or online marketplaces and retail partners.

How do I open an account with Samarali?

Simply click on the person icon on the top right corner of our website and you will be forwarded to the registration page where you need to fill in all the required details. Once you are registered, you will be sent a welcome message to verify your account/ email address.

I forgot my password. How can I get it back?

Just click on the person icon on the top right side of the page and you will be forwarded to the sign in page. Under “Username” and “Password” boxes you should click on “Lost your password?” and you will be guided through the next steps.

What are the working hours of the Samarali team?

We work during regular business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in the Netherlands. However, we may still respond to your questions outside of these hours in some cases.

I have a question that’s not in this list. What do I do?

If you have a question that isn't covered in FAQ page, you can send an email to info@samarali.com and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

How can I unsubscribe from newsletters?

When you receive an email from us (e.g. newsletter, offer etc), at the footer of the email you will find “Unsubscribe link”. Just click on the link and follow the instructions which will appear on the screen. Otherwise, you can also send us an email to info@samarali.com and we will unsubscribe you manually from the Samarali mailing list.

Which shipping providers do you use?

Samarali uses a variety of shipping providers and a fulfilment partner to deliver your orders. The main shipping providers include DPD, DHL, Trunkrs (primarily for shipments to Belgium) and PostNL (primarily for shipments outside of the EU). These providers ensure that your orders are delivered to your doorsteps as soon as possible and in the most efficient way.

How is it possible that my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order hasn’t been delivered yet, here’s what you can do:

  1. Check Shipping Timelines and Tracking: Review the estimated shipping timelines and follow the tracking number provided to monitor your order’s progress.
  2. Contact Us: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the indicated timelines, email us at info@samarali.com. We aim to respond with an update on your parcel’s status within 24 hours. We may also need to verify your contact details or address.

Does Samarali cover the cost of customs?

Samarali does not cover the cost of customs. When shipping internationally, the payment for customs duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer. Customs costs vary by country and are not predictable in advance.

RETURNS:

Why is my return not accepted?

If your return is not accepted, it could be due to one or more of the following reasons:

  1. Return Period: Returns are only valid for up to 30 days from the date the product was delivered. If we receive the return after this period, it will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed.
  2. Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the packaging is missing or damaged, the return may be cancelled.
  3. Condition of the Product: We do not accept returns for products that have been used or are returned in an unhygienic condition.

Currently, Samarali does not offer product customizations due to the extended production times required, which can range from a few weeks to a few months.

Can I receive a discount if I place an order for a bigger quantity of products?

Yes, Samarali can offer a discount for larger orders, though the discount amount depends on the total value of the order. Discounts are typically not available for small quantities.
Additionally, you can receive a 10% discount on your first purchase by subscribing to the mailing list. Moreover, subscribers occasionally receive special discounts through email. To stay informed about these opportunities, make sure to sign up for the newsletter.

Can I apply a discount code to a purchase that already happened?

Are yoga teachers eligible for discounts?

Yes, yoga and pilates teachers are eligible for discounts. To receive a discount code, please provide proof of your certification in yoga or pilates teacher training. Once verified, Samarali will issue a discount code that can be used for both bulk and individual orders.
