Hauses.<br \/>\nDie V\u00f6gel geben ihr letztes Konzert, die B\u00e4ume rauschen im Wind und ich stelle fest, dass sie die Ger\u00e4usche des t\u00e4glichen Stadtlebens auf ein schwaches Hintergrundger\u00e4usch beschr\u00e4nken. <\/p>\n<p>Nicht nur die Ohren kommen hier auf ihre Kosten, auch die verschiedenen D\u00fcfte dieses Ortes machen ihn zu einem m\u00f6glichst reinen und vollst\u00e4ndigen Erlebnis.<br \/>\nDas Gras, die Blumen, die Luft &#8230; alles ist lebendig, alles ist klar und alles hat genug Geschichten zu erz\u00e4hlen f\u00fcr jeden, der zuh\u00f6ren m\u00f6chte.<br \/>\nOder &#8230; riechen.  <\/p>\n<p>Das ist genau der Grund, warum ich meine \u00dcbungen gerne im Freien mache.<br \/>\nEs ist ein Fest f\u00fcr die Sinne und f\u00fchrt uns aus dem normalen Alltag heraus.<br \/>\nSelbst wenn Sie immer wieder an denselben Ort gehen, kann die Natur Ihnen von Tag zu Tag einen anderen Anblick bieten&#8230; und dieses Mal ist es nicht nur ein Bild, das Sie sich ansehen.<br \/>\nEs ist ein Foto, das Sie auch h\u00f6ren, riechen und &#8211; bei ein wenig Regen &#8211; auch f\u00fchlen k\u00f6nnen. die Luft, die drau\u00dfen herrscht, um mir einen Strich durch die Rechnung zu machen &#8211; aber normalerweise f\u00fchle ich mich sofort besser, wenn ich vor die T\u00fcr gehe.<br \/>\nEs gibt keine W\u00e4nde oder Decken &#8211; nichts h\u00e4lt mich auf.<br \/>\nDer Tapetenwechsel sorgt f\u00fcr einen frischen Wind in meinem Kopf und l\u00e4dt nicht nur meinen K\u00f6rper, sondern auch meinen Geist auf.  <\/p>\n<p>Probieren Sie es aus und gehen Sie raus &#8230; vielleicht ist das die frische Brise, nach der Sie gesucht
