My name is Nodira, and I was born and raised in the vibrant capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. From an early age, I was passionate about exercise and dance, spending most of my time outdoors, surrounded by nature. This deep connection with the outdoors has shaped both sports and nature into my primary sources of energy and motivation.
Discovery of Yoga
With a naturally curious spirit, I explored many different sports throughout my life. One day, I stumbled upon yoga, and it opened a whole new world for me. Yoga has helped me become more mindful, patient, and self-aware. I fell in love with it instantly and began practicing simple asanas that soon became an essential part of my daily routine.
